What Information Does the Application Obtain and How Is It Used?

User-Provided Information

The Application may collect the information you supply when you download and register the Application, if registration is required. Registration is not mandatory, but some features may not be available without it.

The Service Provider may use your information to:

  • Offer relevant updates or improvements to the Application.

Your email address and other directly identifiable information will not be shared unless legally required by a valid court order. If disclosure is required, we will, if legally permitted, notify you.

Automatically Collected Information

Important: The information you collect and store through the app is NOT shared with the Service Provider. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with encryption keys solely controlled by you. The user determines the length of storage terms within the app by setting a storage parameter for entries. Once data is deleted by the user, it cannot be restored by the Service Provider under any circumstances. 

Does the Application Collect Precise Location Data?

The Application only collects precise location data if you explicitly enable it for storing or sharing purposes. Location data is not stored or shared beyond the limits you define.

Do Third Parties Have Access to Your Data?

The Service Provider may share aggregated, anonymized data to enhance Application performance. Additionally, the Application integrates with third-party services that have their own privacy policies:

  • Google Play Services
  • Amazon Web Service

Your information may be disclosed only:

  • As required by law (e.g., in response to a subpoena).
  • When necessary to protect rights, investigate fraud, or ensure user safety.
  • To trusted service providers working on our behalf, who must comply with this Privacy Policy.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application. This can be done through standard uninstall procedures on your mobile device or app store.

Data Retention Policy & Your Rights

  • User-Provided Data: Retained as long as you use the Application and for the time determined by the user within the app.
  • Automatically Collected Data: Stored for up to 12 months, then anonymized or aggregated.
  • Your Rights: If you wish to delete your provided data, contact us at info@leo247.net. Requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Under GDPR (EU) and CCPA (US), you may:

  • Request access to your stored data.
  • Request data deletion.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Opt-out of certain types of data processing.

The Service Provider has no access to your unencrypted versions of your data and cannot restore deleted data.

Children’s Privacy

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years old. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
